One toilet was not clean, but the nurse directed me to another one when I mentioned it which was clean.. All the staff, nurses and doctors were very caring and helped put me at ease. also very supportive, really made me feel much better, client care was exceptional. Very happy that they made this negative abortion experience as easy and supportive as possible for me. thank you to all staff, especially the nurses.
